This range of plastic conveyors are truly flexible. A modular linked belt system runs in a groove machined in the conveyor side frames. This design feature keeps the belt under control and prevents side to side movement. Various horizontal and inclined lengths are available together with a range of belt widths. All conveyors are manufactured from low friction polyethylene, whilst the modular belt can be supplied in a range of plastic materials and colours. Flights are also offered in a range of types and sizes according to requirements.
Easy Change Belts. The easy change belt system makes the conveyor extremely versatile and removing the belt is simple. By extracting a single pin, the belt can be completely removed from the conveyor framework which allows links to be taken out to compensate for belt stretch, damaged links replaced or flights added or removed.
Belts. There are 3 main types of modular belt each of which can be fitted with plastic or stainless steel pins and a range of product supports between 25mm and 76mm. belts can be supplied in a range of plastic materials and colours.
Side-flexing Belt . A one inch pitch sideflexing modular belt with a turning inside radius of 2.3 x belt width and is available in widths from 76mm in increments of 76mm. It can be fitted with plastic or stainless steel pins, wear parts, tabs, rubber inserts and 25mm product supports. Standard materials are acetal, polypropylene and polyethylene.
One Inch Pitch Belt . A straight running one inch pitch closed top modular belt and is available in widths from 76mm in increments of 76mm. It can be fitted with plastic or stainless steel pins, 25mm and 50mm product supports. Standard materials are acetal, polypropylene and polyethylene.
3/4 Inch Pitch Belt. A straight running 3/4 inch modular belt available with closed or open area up to 22%, widths start from 76mm in increments of 76mm. It can be fitted with plastic or stainless steel pins, 25mm, or and 76mm product supports. Standard materials are acetal, polypropylene and polyethylene, polyamide can be used for high temperature applications.
Flights. Flight can be supplied in 25, 51 and 76mm heights, as standard.
