AUTO-STACKING MACHINES for END OF LINE PACKING

The MONK AUTO-STACKER automatically stacks packs of products at the end of a production line into manageable stack sizes and stores them in magazines on an indexing carousel.

It saves labour when hand packing into boxes at the end of a production line.

It is simple to install, is free standing and only needs positioning at the end of the line so that packs are fed onto it's conveyor. The packs are then queued and escaped into the carousel magazine until the pre- determined stack height is reached. The carousel then indexes one position and the process repeated until all the magazines are full. An operator only has to lift a stack from the carousel and place it directly into a box, therefore saving time. One operator is able to pack adjacent lines in rotation. One operator can pack for three lines, this can mean a saving of six operators when running three shifts!

View from the infeed conveyor showing packs of three mascaras trvaling towards the carousel.

Speeds of up to 120 packs per minute can be handled and the carousel can store up to 50 stacks.

This carousel can be adjusted to accept different pack sizes, the magazine width can be simply adjusted to suit a pack width by rotating the hand wheel The stack height can be programmed on the control panel.

The carousel can store up to 50 stacks.
